Kevin Starnes, D.V.M. was born and raised in Southern Oregon. He spent his teenage years shadowing his father Ned Starnes, D.V.M. who at the time owed Roxy Ann Veterinary Hospital. Kevin's early exposure to veterinary medicine helped clarify his childhood dream to be an animal doctor. His undergraduate degree is from Oregon State University and his doctorate was earned in 1987 through a joint program at both Oregon State University and Washington State University.
For the past 30 years Dr. Starnes has compassionately cared for the animals of the Rogue Valley, and if you can't find him at the Roxy Ann Veterinary Hospital he is most likely spending time with his children or doing woodworking projects.
Talia Noble moved to Southern California after living all her life in Northern California. After being involved in a major car accident in 2000, a family friend introduced her to Dr. Nathan Anderson. After 3 years of success as a patient at Anderson Vet Clinic she decided to join the team.
